- Acting as the Lead Business Consultant on assigned projects implementing Dynamics AX within the Retail Industry.
- Becoming a specialist in one or multiple selected 3rd party solutions for the company
- Participation in Pre-Sales Activities

- Analysis of Customer’s Requirements
- Understanding of the Customer’s Business
- Input for Application Design
- Testing of Modifications
- Create End-User Documentation
- Conduct End-User Training
- System Parameter Set-up
- Pre-Sales Support for Customer Account Manager
- Assist Hotline Support team
Credentials & Experience:
- Degree in Business or Information Technology desired
- 4-5 years experience working with & Implementing Dynamics AX preferred
- 5+ years of experience in IT industry with ERP
- Extensive knowledge in Dynamics AX as well as in selected 3rd party solutions such as Demand Planner, e-commerce or POS to be able to design solutions for customers
- Extensive Retail Industry Knowledge
- Business knowledge and experience within at least one business area of the Retail Vertical (Fashion, Apparel, Furniture, Cosmetics, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent Columbus IT
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and oral)
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
Special Requirements:
- Willing to work overtime as needed and as requested
- Willing to travel as needed
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Perform other related duties as required
